Though I did not personally know Mr. ******, I was referred to Dodson Garage Door by a friend. Mr. ****** arrived 30 minutes after I called even though I told him it was not an emergency. He carefully replaced both spings on my garage door (I knew this was the problem) and also did some needed maintenance that I was unaware needed done. The cost of the repair was well-below the amount I was expecting having researched the fix on the internet ahead of time. Mr. ****** was polite and trustworthy. I highly recommend his business.
